Trade terms

Quotes are valid for 30 days and depend on the final specification, fabric and quantity.

Sample fees are paid in advance and credited against the bulk order.

Unless agreed otherwise: 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipping.

Lead times start after sample approval and deposit. We confirm delivery dates in writing.

Please report any issue within 14 days of delivery with photos; we will repair, replace or credit faulty goods.

Your designs and logos remain yours. We use them only to make your orders.
