Shipping policy

Worldwide. We ship to more than 30 countries by air express, air freight and sea freight.

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. Under DDP we pay duties and taxes and deliver to your door; under other terms the buyer pays them.

Air express takes 3–6 working days, air freight 5–10 and sea freight 25–45 after the goods leave the factory. Dates are estimates; we confirm yours in writing.

Each piece is folded and polybagged, packed by size and colour in export cartons with a packing list. Custom packing on request.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any test reports your market needs.

You get tracking details when goods leave the factory and can follow them in your trade account. We tell you straight away about any delay.
